Shiny Penny and her young filly, Piper, were found living with a large herd. We’ve since discovered Penny is pregnant and will have another foal later this summer.
When she first arrived, Penny was very hesitant around humans, and still shows some hesitation when approached to be haltered. We’ll continue to improve her in-hand ground skills before and after her birth. She is not eligible for adoption until her new foal is weaned.
