Nutmeg was found wandering an Albuquerque mesa with her young daughter, Cinnamon, when she was fairly young herself. Since then, she has slowly gained trust in her handlers and can now be caught in the paddock, haltered, and led. Though she still has moments of insecurity, her groundwork skills in the round pen are improving which has added to her overall confidence.
Nutmeg can pick up her front feet and is improving with her back feet. She’ll need a confident partner to take her to the next level of training.
