Jasper was part of a large seizure case from Placitas due to neglect. He needed extensive training in handling, but is beginning to make progress and learn to trust people again.
Jasper will be eligible for adoption once he has completed his ground skills training, which includes round pen work, standing for farrier, and trailer loading.
