Heidi is a gorgeous, sweet-natured sorrel mare who was adopted last year, but due to no fault of her own, she was returned to us.
Heidi halters and lunges easily at the walk, trot and canter on command. She ground ties, picks up feet, has no trouble with an obstacle course and trailers well. She is very trusting of people, gets along well with other horses, and isn’t bothered by loud noises, unfamiliar surroundings or surprises.
Because of past abusive experiences, Heidi is unpredictable and fearful under saddle, causing her to buck randomly. On the ground she’s sweet, gentle and loves attention, making her the perfect, healthy companion horse.
