Carter was seized by state authorities due to severe neglect. Though he has a racing tattoo, we doesn’t seem to have started any races.
He has a very sweet personality and is already doing well on his rehabilitation journey to regain weight and get corrective farrier work. Once he has reached a healthy weight, we will begin exercise to strengthen his muscles and topline before proceeding with ground training. He will be eligible for adoption once he has been rehabilitated and completed his ground training, which includes round pen work, standing for farrier, and trailer loading.
