Most are not rideable(but still very lovable!) they would be perfect to teach a young child about horsemanship and responsibility. CoCo: 30yr old Paint Mare

Coco was a pleasure horse for many years but her riding days are over. She is strictly a pasture pal now and would make a great companion for a lonely horse.

Bubba : 30 yr old Palomino Gelding

Bubba is in great shape for his age. He can still do some light riding but needs an experienced rider. Bubba is nice but he is somewhat herd-bound. He is a terrific prospect for someone who wants to learn basic or geriatric horse care.

Mama : 21 YO Quarter Horse Mare

Mama's owner became ill and WNCR was asked to take her and 3 other horses. She's gained weight but still has trouble with her feet. She would make a nice companion horse..

Opal: 27 YO Grade Quarter Horse Mare

OPAL is a 27 year old grade quarter horse mare, very gentle, easy going, just needs a little love, attention and work. She is easy to ride.
