"Take Me Home, Country Roads..."

What you are about to see is our family photo album. Each member of this family is available for adoption. Take a peek, and when you're through, click here and we'll be happy to walk you through the adoption process. And in so doing, you'll be creating your own circle!

New arrivals will be posted soon! Please stop by this page frequently to see who is new to the ranch.

Annie: Registered Quarter Horse Mare. 17 Years Old. Sorrel.
A former ribbon winning, western pleasure horse. Annie was rescued from a severely neglectful situation in the fall of 2002. Her feet were in such bad condition, we feared she might not survive. Months of TLC at the ranch have made a world of difference. Her future as a rideable horse for adults is still questionable, but she is currently used for children's riding lessons and is as gentle as they come.

Cappucino: Quarter Horse Gelding. 20 Years Old. Paint.
This Beautiful black and white paint is good with kids and dogs. He does suffer from a bad knee, but would make a great companion horse.

Carmen: Registered Paint Mare. 6 Years Old.
Carmen is a big beautiful mare with great breeding and a good temperament. A little on the lazy side, she needs an intermediate rider who will continue her training and encourage her to meet her potential.

Chantilly:Thoroughbred Mare. 21 Year Old
Tilly arrived at WNCR with long time partner, Ace, from Arizona. She is well trained and very gentle. She has been shown in English disciplines and appreciates and performs best for an intermediate to experienced rider.

Chester:Quarter Horse Gelding. 21 Years Old. Sorrel.
Chester suffers from a neurological problem and is not rideable, but what a great fellow he is! Has very good training and ground manners. Great companion horse!

King:Thoroughbred/Quarter Horse. 32 years old. Black.
King came to us starving, mostly skin and bones, but otherwise healthy and with a great will to live. Since his arrival at WNCR he has put on several hundred pounds and his once prominent skeleton is now covered with muscle and a shiny coat. Though showing signs of aging, King would make a great companion horse. We have put him through his paces and have discovered some good training. He could be used for light riding. Don't let King's age fool you. There is still a lot of life left in the old boy yet.

Budweiser:33 yr old quarter Horse Gelding. Sorrel with a bald face and four white socks.
Budweiser has poor vision in his right eye but he can still be ridden for light trail rides and is great for companionship. He is extremely lovable, especially with kids. A real cutie…looks like a little draft horse.

Chicote:Mustang Gelding. 3 Years Old.
Handsome, strong, kind, and intelligent, Chicote does his breed proud. Trainers, using natural horsemanship training techinques, have brought Chicote around very quickly and have just begun to work him under saddle. He is going to make some lucky person a great horse.

Tommy:Registered Arabian Gelding. 18 Years Old.
Tommy won't be at the ranch long. What an excellent (not to mention cute) horse! Wonderful manners on the ground and on the trail!

Cowboy:Quarter Horse Gelding. 7 Years Old. Bay.
An "in your pocket" kind of horse! Cowboy is a real sweetie. We are working on rehabiliting his badly bowed tendon. If successful, this young gelding has a future as a trail horse.
