Petite Gilly is a gentle, friendly mare who was found alone in Chavez County. She loves attention and grooming, picks up her feet well, and is easy to catch and lead.
Gilly has come a long way in a short time and her confidence continues to grow. This brave young girl lunges at all three gaits and handles nearly every in-hand obstacle with ease (though she’s still learning to back out of a trailer instead of coming headfirst). Gilly loves attention and is really eager to please. She does have a stubborn side and she’ll rear up when asked to do something she doesn’t want to do. But, patience and a calm attitude can quickly fix that bad attitude. Gilly will undoubtedly make a devoted riding companion for someone willing to take her to the next level.
